StockvakPrivacy policy

Stockvak is an inventory management app (items, stock, order list, usage and labels). This policy describes which data the app processes and what happens to it. In short: all your data stays on your own device. The app sends nothing to the app's developer or to third parties.

The app creates no account, asks for no name or e-mail address, and uses no analytics, crash reporting or advertising.
3. Shared folder (optional)
You can choose to collaborate through a folder in your own cloud storage (for example Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox). You pick that folder yourself using your device's folder picker. The app stores this device's change log and item photos there and reads the logs of other devices using the same folder. Who has access to that folder is up to you and your cloud provider. The developer of Stockvak has no access to that folder and receives nothing from it. Your cloud provider's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
4. Camera
The camera is used only when you tap scan or take photo: to read barcodes (processed on the device with Google ML Kit, no images are transmitted) and for item photos. No images are stored except the photo you attach to an item yourself.
5. Network
The app does not connect to the internet. Network access is used solely to drive a Dymo LabelWriter printer on your own local network, if you set that up.
6. Purchases
The optional Pro upgrade is bought through Google Play (or the App Store). Payment and your payment details are handled entirely by Google or Apple; Stockvak only receives confirmation that the purchase belongs to this device/account, and no payment details.
7. Retention and deletion
Data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Backups you export yourself, and the contents of a shared folder, are managed by you.
8. Children
The app is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, the version and date at the top are updated.
